On top of that, my daily backup external drive was also dead. I was devastated. My software business would suffer a catastrophic loss if I couldn't recover my data. The pros at PC Warehouse were calm and professional. They listened carefully to my problems and worked with me to come up with a plan and priorities for data recovery. They have their own local clean room and were able to quickly assure me that my backup drive data was recoverable and then that my SCSI drives still had their data. They collaborated well with me, communicated regularly and took care of everything. They fixed my server for a very reasonable cost and also saved my critical business data for a reasonable cost as well. I will go back to them with any problem like this in the future and highly recommend their services.

My Iomega Drive broke and I searched around to see if I could have the data recovered. I had received estimates from other companies that ranged from $900 to $3,000 to do so. A friend told me to check out PC Warehouse in Freehold and I meet with Evone there and she helped me to recover all of my data for just $300 which I could afford. They were very professional and worked with me here. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a high level training because the instructor shown a lot of experience in the Data Recovery World. He also answered all questions, especially during laboratory sessions, and checked step by step the development of each lab. Additionally, attention was excellent from the staff of PC Warehouse. Really, Good Training, Good Attention and Good Installations. In summary, it is a training I recommend and should be taken by people related to the Data Recovery People World. I came in the morning with a broken hard drive. I thought I would have to wait days on end but was so surprised on excellent service. All in the same day the hard drive was replaced. Data was recovered onto new hard drive and staff was pleasant to deal with. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend PC Warehouse for all your computer needs. Highly skilled technicians

I went to the data recovery class about 2 weeks ago. The training is extremely useful for me to understand the foundation of data recovery and the strategies and skills to successfully recovery data from failing hard drives. I am really fortunate to be able to attend the class. If you are looking for improving your skills to the next level in IT, I will recommend this class. You will not be disappointed.

I participated in the training for data recovery at PC Warehouse in Freehold, NJ the experience was very pleasant, James is the Data Recovery Guru and he also teaches the class, is knowledgeable in Data Recovery subject. He ran that extra mile to guide me and share his experience in the business, providing good guidelines to be successful in the Data Recovery Business. We used Salvation Data Tools that I bought few months ago, I was trying to use it by myself but its not the same. If you don’t get trained by a person that knows how to use it, the tools are worth less. When I came the first day to training I really don’t know how complicated its Data Recovery Business but with the right tools, knowledge and experience you can became a master in data recovery. I want to Thanks to all PC Warehouse staff to make me feel like in family and enjoy 100% this training experience. Well Done JOB!!

I have been to pcw a few times since 2005 and they have a very young staff, however, they are very knowledgeable in many aspects if the computer business. Any Linux, Mac OS or windows question I had they were able to answer. They troubles hooted all my problems for me

I Just recently moved to the area and like all of you i am a PC kind of guy. I have enjoyed everything that they do, the experience there is great. A wonderful staff that like everyone else before me has said will almost bend over backwards to help you get your PC or PC parts in working order. I cannot tell you how much Jean has helped me, she is very understanding and will tell you the truth from the heart not from the sales person. I trust this actual center for any knowledge or information they tell me. I have to say one more thing ... THEY ARE BETTER THAN BEST BUY ANY DAY!! They know their stuff, faster than BB in comp repeair (should you need it), and cheaper. Keep this a secret but tell your friends.

Also have been going to PC Warehouse for 15 years. Have built about 5 PCs for myself and others from hardware purchased at PC warehouse. They cheerfully replace any faulty hardware, and will give whatever help necessary to get your system working. They actually found an un-documented incompatibility with a mother board supporting RAID on HDs over a specific size. I'm visiting them today to by some RAM - prices are great!

I have been dealing with PC Warehouse for the Past 15 -20 years and have found them friendly, honest, knowledgeable, will explain to you what is needed and if required, Jean who is the Manager/Owner had been a perfect example of this and will continue to refer people to this store.

Always dependable: Have used them several times for repairs and new hardware. Liked that they took the time to go thru processes slowly. When a piece of hd we didn't function as I expected, I brought it back and they patiently walked me thru the install. Staffs have been uniformly competent.
